Abstract
Unfortunately, one of the research gaps in the field of studying and investigating past architecture in Iran is the investigation of prehistoric architecture in this country, which may be due to the breadth and breadth of these architectures in different parts of Iran, as well as the lack of sufficient information from the exploration. He knew what happened in these areas. Therefore, the goal of the authors in this research was to select some important prehistoric sites and examine and analyze their important architectures, while comparing these architectures, to provide useful information about the way of life of Iranian peoples in prehistoric times, to be presented. In this regard, the research question is, what considerations and interventions did people in ancient civilizations in different parts of Iran take into account in the architecture of their regions, and what differences and similarities exist between them? In this regard, this writing has been compiled in two sections: introduction and overview and analysis and comparison of architectural and urban data of these areas. Relying on the images and maps obtained from the excavations, as well as library studies and checking related reliable sources, the authors has conducted this study with a descriptive-analytical approach and using an inductive strategy in a qualitative manner. In the end, the results of the research showed that in terms of architectural design, Hasan-Lo Hill, Godin and Yanig hills are the most different. In terms of the dimensions and size of the units, Hasanlu is the biggest because of its columns and wide opening In terms of the method and details of the construction , it is the most advanced because of its lateness. Zagheh Hill and Silk are also built in a more organic and natural way due to excavations in the era before the Bronze Age
