This article intends to examine the main reasons for not using the title of Shah of Iran and Iran on coins by examining historical texts and numismatic evidences. The results of this study showed that in addition to the victories of Azineh on the Western Front, which were suggested by some researchers, silver coins were probably only for domestic use, and gold coins were not common coins that could be used by the public.
