Plum and Black-gray wares problem Based on first season excavations in Shoghali Tappeh

Abstract
The results of the first season of excavations in 2006 summer Accessed to a few answer to
major questions concerning plum ware of early chalcolithic and emergence of black-gray
ware in centre of Iranian plateaus while the subjects arose new question so well. The
phenomena of black-gray ware and the plum ware once neglected by the scholars so far, and
accidentally, it has been elaborated occasionally in archaeological conferences and journals.
In this article, we do our utmost on ambiguities on the phenomena black-gray ware and plum
wares. The problems such as the continuity of plum ware from earlier period to the later and
improving the lack of similarities among the northwestern Iran cultural horizon. especially
Dalma ware, the emergence and development of black-gray ware and in continuity to Proto-
Elamite period in center of plateau as well as withdrawal of Godin cultural traditions from
this region in this certain period of time and at last the suggest new chronology for the region.
